Hotel Waterfall is a small hotel at the junction of the Gottlieb Road and Western Road in George Town Penang, named for its location leading towards the Botanical Gardens Waterfall. It is one of the earliest established hotels in Penang island.

The goal is to refresh the look of the established hotel premise, at the same time maintain its historical personality as one of Penang’s signature landmarks. The original neon signage at the corner of the hotel is remained to preserve its symbolic character at the junction of Gottlieb Road and Western Road. To upgrade the exterior look of the building, modern panelling are installed to give it a trendy industrial appearance, and recessed lights added to enhance the building during nighttime.
